Step1 Make certain you have the proper sized LED bulb for your vehicle. Check voltage requirements in your repair manual.
Step2 Do not touch the LED bulb when you remove it from the package. The oils from your skin will damage it.
Step3 Remove the 10mm bolt and nut that connects air intake near the battery with a 10 mm socket. Move the air intake out of the way.
Step4 Slip out the power cord. Press the clips on either side of the plug and gently remove it. Then, pull the tab and remove the rubber cover.
Step5 Unfasten the retainer clip, but do not take out the screw. Push on the clip opposite the screw, and swing the retainer clip open.
Step6 Take out the old bulb, and replace the new LED bulb in the same fashion, with the three electrical prongs facing in the same way.
Step7 Replace the clip and the rubber cover, then push in the power cord. Replace the air intake pipe and secure it with the 10mm socket.
